This is a quick note to let you know that Rose and I made it to the summit of Kilimanjaro. Everything on the trip worked out perfectly. The transfers worked like clockwork, and most importantly, the guides, the cooks, the porters and everyone else who was a part of our trip made the expedition a most memorable experience. I can't think of anything that wasn't perfect. We just wish the final ascent wasn't so tough. Finally we found the Tanzanian people to be so wonderful. All the porters were so cheerful and helpful all the time.

I want to take this opportunity to tell you how much we appreciated our trip to Africa! The organization was excellent; the staff was very nice everywhere and they took care of us in the best possible way; everything worked out perfectly well! All the places we visited were special and what really impressed us was Ngorongoro Crater Lodge and exclusive camp in Serengeti. The food and lodgings were beyond our expectations! Overall we were extremely impressed with the way your staff took care of our needs, how attentive they were and how much game they showed us.

We just returned from a wonderful safari trip in South Africa. We want to emphasize how expertly and efficiently our trip was handled. The guides, luggage handlers, pilots and rangers were there before we arrived and in every instance with a smile. The transfers went flawlessly. Your guide made sure our luggage was transferred from one place to another, and despite the number of flights, nothing went awry at all. We have used ACE Global before and this experience has further convinced us to continue doing so.
